Still, if I understand correctly, in those other games lowering the refine level means that you can simply try again. In Genshin Impact, if you get bad substats and you are aiming for “perfect” artifacts (or even good enough ones), the entire artifact is ruined and you have to farm another one from zero (which is very time and resource consuming).

Better weekly bosses, better ley line rewards, more 5* artifacts, more character ascension materials, AR rewards, the ability to level your characters and/or wepons to the max. eaglei3 3 years ago #2. Chest loot does not improve with world level. Chest loot only depends on the level of the chest (Common, exquisite, etc.) As for chest respawns, no one knows what controls it. Most of us are lucky to find a random respawn chest when you don't specifically hunt them for hours. The quantity that comes back is very very low.
