Option 1: Create a non-imperial kingdom – be at clan rank 3, have 100 troops, be an independent clan, and own a settlement. Option 2: Support a non-imperial kingdom – present the Dragon Banner to a ruler of the independent kingdoms: Unqid (Aserai), Caladog (Battania), Monchug (Khuzait), Raganvad (Sturgia), or Derthert (Vlandia). Settlement without being a vassal. After starting a new game, I didn't want to be part of any kingdom. So I managed to get my clan lvl 3, I did all the quests for the banner (so I get the full part), but now, the quest ask to get an imperial or non imperial settlement. At lvl 3, I only get 107 soldiers.
All you need to do is travel the hideout and attack it, clearing it of all enemies. You won’t need to look for the banner during the fight, since it will be acquired automatically once the attack is over. The quest will end after this. I believe a recent patch (not sure if it's beta branch only atm) did make it so you can make a kingdom without the banner. I could be wrong though. Yes it is possible, you need clan tier 4 and at least 1 settlement. when you have that, there is an option to create a kingdom in the clan tab on the top right. RoastedThr33 β€’ 3 yr. ago.
